
* La Muralla Beach:
Situated a few metres from Las Suites, this lovely beach is over 300 metres long, ending at the ruins of the walls of the Santa Catalina Castle dated from the 16th century. The beach is known for its calm waters and its shape, making it one of the most recommended beaches for families.
* La Calita:
Located west of La Muralla, this is a 450 metre long beach with a thin stretch of sand which is protected from the wind by La Muralla and Vistahermosa.
* La Puntilla:
Located to the left of Puerto Sherry, with over 600 metres of shoreline. It is one of the most popular in the city and can be reached by walking through the centenary pinewoods and the Dunes of San Antón.
* El Buzo - Vistahermosa:
Located at the foot of the famous residential area of Vistahermosa and reachable in a few minutes from Las Suites, this beach is protected from the wind by a sandy slope with vegetation. Notable features include the spectacular views of the bay and the city of Cadiz, as well as several beach bars and social clubs in this area.
* La Redes:
Immediately adjacent to Vistahermosa, you will find this beach that shares the same characteristics, but with a wider shoreline that makes it recommended for games and water sports.
* El Manantial:
This beach, together with with El Buzo and Las Redes, makes up the west side of the coast known as Santa Catalina with a combined length of 3100 metres. Highlights of this beach include the peaceful setting and the possibility of enjoying the sunset from the terraces of the bars in the area.
* Fuentebravía:
The beach lies at the end of the west coast and covers 700 metres bordering the city of Rota to the north. Along with the aforementioned beaches, this one also has the European Blue Flag - awarded to beaches with clean sand and water. The area is limited by a cliff that makes its recommended for fishing and snorkelling.
* Valdelagrana:
Situated in the residential area that shares the same name on the left banks of the Guadalete River, it is over 1700 metres long and has a promenade with all types of services and facilities.
* Playa de Levante:
The largest virgin beach of the city, remaining unspoilt and forming an integral part of the Bahía de Cadiz Natural Park. The beauty of the beach's natural dunes and the colour of its waters make it one of the most wonderful in the province.
